    A completely self-contained vacuum sealing soltuion, AmeriVacS' CAVS is ready to perform out of the box, giving greater flexibility for placement locations within your facility.

    With streamlined design and the same high-quality components that have made AmeriVacS vacuum sealers the best in the industry, the CAVS is defined by its plug-and-play retractable nozzel vacuum sealing funtionality. At the push of a foot pedal the CAVS draws a vacuum around your products; its automated stainless-steel nozzle then subsequently retracts before its 1/4” wide-sealing element delivers a leak proof seal to any kind and thickness of flexible bags including clear, foil (Mylar), mil spec and ESD bags. In a matter of seconds your components are sealed and protected.

    Clean room compatible with precision components the CAVS leads the industry in seal speed while delivering clean wrinkle-free seals without any bag distortion. Of key significance, like the AVN, AVP and AVS, the CAVS-20 will not fire an impulse until the upper and lower jaw completely meet, further ensuring operator safety and uncompromised seal integrity.

  • Warranty & 1 Week Trial Info

    - 1-week trial period for evaluation: This trial period does not apply to custom made machines. If non-custom unit is returned, it must be received at AmeriVacS in ""as new"" condition. Packaging shall be appropriate to assure sa1-week trial period for evaluation. This trial period does not apply to custom made or pre-owned machines. If non-custom unit is returned, it must be received at AmeriVacS in "as new" condition. Packaging shall be appropriate to assure safe shipment. When unit is returned, a credit memo will be issued to be used against original invoice. All shipping and handling costs are responsibility of the customer. Custom units are those that include the following options: BAS, SS, CE, 220PX, DN, EC, LPC, TC, PE, SEAL BAR and/or VSS. Custom made machines cannot be canceled once the order has been placed & received by AmeriVacS.

    - 2 Year Limited Warranty: All AmeriVacS Vacuum Sealers are warranted for two (2) full years from date of delivery against electrical and mechanical defects, excluding normal wear items such as Heating Elements, Element Posts, Teflon, Pressure Bar Pads, Gray/Black Rubbers and Seal Gaskets. The warranty is voided if the machine is damaged due to improper or negligent use and/or unauthorized repairs. Further, this limited warranty does not cover any Acts of God such as fire, hurricanes, flood, and tornadoes. Any defective machine under warranty that is returned freight prepaid will, at our option, be repaired or replaced by AmeriVacS, at no charge.

    Upgrade/Accessory Modifications | Lead Times: Modifications to machines such as upgrading or adding accessories may require additional lead time to process and ship. For an estimate on lead times please feel free to give us a call.
